  1. Are the flags and floors made in the USA? Yes. We create and manufacture directly at our facilities in Gettysburg, PA.

  2. What is the turn around time for digital flags and digital floors? Normal production time for digital flags and floors is 3 – 4 weeks. Schedules are determined by the current production schedule and may take longer at peak times of the year.  Special requests for rush deliveries are accepted.

  3. Can an order be rushed? Yes, let us know your needs and we will do everything possible to expedite your request and communicate with you every step of the way.

  4. What payment methods do you accept? We accept school purchase orders, check or credit cards. We also accept booster organization checks, and credit cards. A minimum deposit of 50% is required at the time of order and the balance is due before shipment.

  5. How are shipping charges handled? Shipping is estimated based upon your delivery location. We ship via a common carrier such as UPS, FedEx, Freight or Ground. Delivery is typically between 3 to 7 business days depending on location. Rush or express shipping is available.

  6. Are references available? If you would like to contact our references about their experience with Field and Floor FX, please e-mail us and we'll be happy to supply you with their contact information.

  7. Are the floors sewn together? No, all of our digital floors are heat sealed/welded to ensure excellent matching of the image panels and durability. Adhesive or tape is not used.

  8. What are the floors made of? All of our digital floors are made from polyethylene vinyl. Our most popular weight is 13 oz. They are internally reinforced and engineered to be highly resistant to tears and punctures. They are able to withstand extended exposure to weather as well.

  9. What sizes are available? 50' x 70' is the most standard size. However, we offer virtually any size floor you would like. We can also provide overlay panels for existing floors and props.

  10. How heavy will my floor be? The overall weight of the floor will be determined by the overall size and material weight. Contact us for information about the weight.
