Are the flags and floors made in the USA?
Yes. We create and manufacture them at our production facilities in Gettysburg, PA and Chattanooga, TN.

What is your quality control process when multiple products are ordered? Your project manager will review the products individually and as a whole.  We meticulously ensure that all aspects of your show, that we are producing, coordinate to create an overall seamless look.

Are references available? Yes! Please e-mail us and we'll happily supply you with the contact information of an existing Field and Floor FX customer with similiar product experience. You can also refer to our Testimonials page.

What is the turnaround time for digital flags and digital floors?
Usually 2 to 3 weeks, though it may take longer during peak times of the year.

Can an order be rushed?
Yes, we control all aspects of our manufacturing process. Let us know your needs and we will do everything possible to expedite your request and communicate with you every step of the way. During peak times of year we may not be able to expedite because of the shear volume of orders. Please consult your project manager.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept school purchase orders, check or credit cards. We also accept booster organization checks, and credit cards.

How are shipping charges for floors handled? Standard shipping is included at no additional cost to customers in the continental U.S. We ship via vetted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Freight or Ground. Delivery is typically between 3 to 7 business days depending on location. Rush or express shipping is available.

Are the floors sewn together? No, all of our digital floors are heat sealed/welded to ensure excellent matching of the image panels and durability. Adhesive or tape is not used.

What are the floors made of? All of our digital floors are made from polyethylene vinyl. Our most popular weight is 13 oz. They are internally reinforced and engineered to be highly resistant to tears and punctures. They are able to withstand extended exposure to weather as well.

What floor sizes are available? 50' x 70' is the standard size. However, we offer virtually any size and shape floor you would like. We can also provide overlay panels for existing floors and props.

How heavy will my floor be? The overall weight of the floor will be determined by the overall size and material weight. Contact us for more information.
