Since 2008, Catherine has been involved in the pageantry arts as a performer, educator, and designer. Her love for the activity began at Cumberland Valley High School and continued as a performer with the Shippensburg University Marching Band. 

Currently, she is the Co-Director for Shippensburg University Color Guard. During the indoor season she is an instructor for Old Line Independent Color Guard. Her teaching career has included working in different roles from Caption Head to Assistant Band Director, as well as consulting with multiple programs.

Catherine has a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Shippensburg University. She is a Board Member At Large for the KIDA circuit. In her free time, she enjoys reading, fine arts, and adventures with her husband, Travis, and her two dogs, cat, and chinchillas.
