Catherine has been immersed in the pageantry arts since 2008, serving as a performer, educator, and designer. Her passion for the activity began at Cumberland Valley High School and continued through her time as a member of the Shippensburg University Marching Band.

Currently, Catherine serves as Co-Director of the Shippensburg University Color Guard and is an instructor for Old Line Independent Color Guard during the indoor season. Over the years, she has contributed to a variety of programs in roles ranging from Caption Head to Assistant Band Director, as well as offering her expertise as a consultant.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Shippensburg University and serves as a Board Member At Large for the Keystone Indoor Drill Association (KIDA).

Outside of her work in the performing arts, Catherine enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, Travis, and their newborn son, Andy.
