Her teaching and design experience includes serving as color guard caption head for Bluecoats, Crossmen, Madison Scouts, Carolina Crown, Phantom Regiment, and Santa Clara Vanguard. On a high school level, she has had the honor of leading the color guard programs at Marian Catholic, Plymouth Canton, Spring High School, Winston Churchill, LD Bell, Flower Mound, and Lincoln-Way Community School, and Lakeshore HS. In addition to this, she served nine years as the color guard coordinator for The Army All-American Marching Band as well as a long-time consultant/choreographer with The Spirit of America Marching Band and The Calgary Stampede Show Band/Winter Guard. She also had the honor of joining the instructional staff for the 2019 Bluecoats winter guard. 

Jennifer is currently a freelance clinician, designer, choreographer, and judge in the pageantry arts. Outside of pageantry, she is a certified Event/Meeting Planner.
