Trent Cole

Trent has a diverse background in both marching arts and military service. He began his journey in the activity of marching arts in 2015 as a trumpet player at Hickory High School in Chesapeake, VA. In 2017, Trent made a transition to colorguard and continued his involvement in the activity until 2019.
In 2019, Trent decided to take a break from colorguard to serve in the Navy as an Aviation Ordnanceman. During this time, he completed a 10-month deployment out to sea, gaining valuable experience in teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving and visiting multiple countries including Spain, Greece, France, Croatia, and Italy.
In 2023, Trent returned to the marching arts community where he was a color guard tech at his alma mater Hickory High School and later joined the prestigious George Mason University Winterguard for the 2024 season. Most recently, he spent the 2025 winter season marching with AMP Winter Guard, performing in their energetic and stylish production titled Disco Forever.
Outside of work, Trent enjoys a balance of physical activity and leisure, which includes running, going to the gym, photography, and unwinding with Dance Moms and Grey’s Anatomy on the couch.
Trent is ready to apply his diverse skills, experiences, and passion for the marching arts to the FFX team and help clients bring their ideas to life!
